I do not trust Men

"𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗻" 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

The rivers of that core father abandonment wound ran so deep, that it started to shake the very foundation of my being.

It affected my friendships, my relationships, my business, my family, without me even knowing.

I wanted help, yet every time the universe would create a situation, an opportunity for me to look into this part of myself, I would shut it off, attract toxic individuals, run away, say yes when I felt a clear no, become self destructive and close my heart to love and be loved.

As the sun was setting day by day, the shadow became bigger and bigger.

It was painful to live like that.
Fucking scary.
Also, not an option any more.

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤, 𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙙.

Not just one, but with time, many powerful, soulful, filled with life force, wise, heart open Men who were there for me, no matter what.
They created a space where I can fully be heard, seen, felt.
Where I can express all my rage I felt for my father.
For all the boys in school which bullied me.
For all the friends which betrayed me.
For everyone who tried to suppress my true nature and gifts.
For all the moments where everything from above, I did myself, to others.

It was ALL welcomed, in this safe space where I can finally meet my shadows consciously and bring them onto the surface.

What I avoided for so long became my remedy, my healing.
Transmuting my deepest pains into beautiful gifts which are now here to support others on their own journey.

Thanks to shadow work and my brotherhood:
 the relationship with my father have been healed and became nourishing and healthy
 i'm surrounded by inspiring, honest, beautiful and supportive friends
 my intimate relationship is flourishing, filled with deep love and growth
 I'm doing what I love and fully expressing my gifts, living my purpose
 feeling truly, Free
